Delivery Policy for Gifts, Flowers and Experience Vouchers

Same Day Delivery Service - Cape Town only

If you are sending a gift to the central Cape Town area (30km radius), and need it to be delivered in a hurry then choose our Same Day delivery service. Gifts ordered before 11am on any business day will be delivered on the Same Day. We charge R85.00 for this service. Gifts, including hampers and Carrol Boyes Home Ware will be charged for per item. Vouchers will also be charged for per item unless ordered with any other gift hamper or together.

Normal/Standard Delivery Service – Nationwide ( South Africa wide)

Normal/Standard delivery takes 2-4 days, depending on the delivery location. Deliveries to an outlying area (more than 60km's out of town) generally take slightly longer (3-4 working days). Gifts, including Hampers and Carrol Boyes Home Ware will be charged for per item. Vouchers will also be charged for per item unless ordered together with any other gift. We charge R60.00 for this service.

Overnight Express Delivery Service – Main City Centers Only

If you are sending a gift to any main city center (30km radius), and need it to be delivered in a hurry then choose our Overnight Express delivery service. Orders must be placed by 1pm on any business day to qualify for this service. Orders placed after 1pm will then be delivered the following business day after that. We charge R180.00 for this service. Gifts, including Hampers and Carrol Boyes Home Ware will be charged for per item. Vouchers will also be charged for per item unless ordered together with any other gift.

Future Date Delivery Service – Nationwide service

With this service you can select the date on which you would prefer to have your gift delivered. Saturday deliveries will be charged at R280.00 per gift ordered. Gifts, including Gift Hampers and Carrol Boyes Home Ware will be charged for per item. Vouchers will also be charged for per item unless ordered together with any other gift.

Important Notice for all Future Date Deliveries:

We cannot guarantee that any gifts will be delivered on a specific date, especially during peak gift giving times, e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc. Although every attempt will be made to ensure that gifts get delivered on the date requested, we are at the mercy of our courier company, the airways , freight schedules and possible road delays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays and you will be charged R280.00 for a Saturday delivery service.
